    Do I have to order online?

    Yes, as we are primarily an online retailer you can mostly only order online.

    You can keep updated on our market locations, events and festival trading either by subscribing to our newsletter or by emailing our general enquiries email address located on the contacts page.

    How can I pay for my order?

    We currently only accept PayPal payments through this website. Alternative websites that stock us have their own payment options. Broader payment options are in the pipeline. Please bear with us.

    Is it safe to order online?

    Yes it is completely safe to order and pay online.

    How do I know that you have received my order?

    You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been picked.

    Can I make changes to my order?

    You are free to make changes to your order up until the point of dispatch. Unfortunately once all goods have left any changes must be done through our exchange/return process.

    Can I track my order?

    Once your item has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. This number can be inputted into the Royal Mail website for up to date progress. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance on tracking, we are more than happy to help.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order freely before dispatch. Once the goods have left us it is the customer’s responsibility to return all goods that have been cancelled. A refund will only be issued once all products have been returned in the same condition.

    What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

    Please contact us immediately should you receive an incorrect or faulty item. You as a customer are important to us, we are committed to maintaining a high standard, and we can discuss everything with you to agree a solution swiftly. We will cover all postage costs necessary in rectifying any problem.

    Can I exchange an item?

    Exchanges in size and style are possible. Should you wish to exchange an item for another it is essential that the goods arereturned in the same, unused condition in which they were sent. Exchanges are at the discretion of TFHB.

    Can I return an item?

    Yes you can return all items unless it is stipulated at point of sale. Should you wish to return an item it is essential that goods are returned in the same, unused condition in which they were sent. Returns are at the discretion of THFB and must be authorized with us prior to posting so we can ensure all necessary documentation is processed.

    How much does it cost to return an item?

    We do not charge for returns but unless the item being returned is faulty or incorrectly sent, all postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend sending all returns back on a trackableservice as goods must be received before refunds are issues. We cannot be held responsible for product going missing in the post.
